Swamp Bugs is a professional ticket-tracking theme for WordPress that will help you be more productive each and every day.

Swamp Bugs has been designed to be simple for individuals and businesses alike. It is easy to install, easy to use, and easy to maintain. Users download Swamp Bugs as a WordPress theme, so they have access to its benefits easily, with an installation that usually takes only 30 seconds.

Swamp Bugs was originally designed as an in-house task and ticket tracking system by Swamped Publishing. Eventually the functionality was extended to the point where we felt that it would be useful to others in the WordPress community, so we released it as a theme.

Installing Swamp Bugs™

The installation of Swamp Bugs is straightforward and simple. This screencast will go through all of the steps required to get you up and running. Installation is just like any other WordPress theme. If you have installed a theme before you can install Swamp Bugs. Common steps after installation include adding Departments, Projects, Milestones and Assigned Users and setting up the menu system. Setting Up the Menu

The Menu system utilizes the WordPress 3.1+ custom menu system. Once you have your projects and personnel set up in the ticket system, you can customize your menu as you see fit. Although it is not the only way to navigate Swamp Bugs, it is usually the most straight forward for new users.
